The Phase 1 Building was designed to accommodate the needs of our two clients, by situating their units adjacent to each other allowing for Sherwood to manufacture new mattresses, then pass them through the warehouse “demising” wall to Mattress Firm, who then distributes them to retail stores or directly to end users. The new state-of -the-art facility features 32’ clear ceilings, ample auto and trailer parking a cross-dock design which provides for high-velocity throughout of product.

Located in one of Denver's top sub-markets in Aurora, this new facility will allow Best Buy to consolidate its existing operations within a premier and strategically located industrial park.

Based around the strong fundamentals of low supply and increased demand in a very mature submarket of Cincinnati, Becknell began this 138,750 square spec project in the spring 2016. Port Union offered tenants a high-quality industrial product that was in low supply as evidenced by the building being 100 percent leased to two tenants shortly after construction was completed.
Old Wisconsin is a division of the Carl Buddig family-owned meat processing company. Becknell's existing relationship with Old Wisconsin, as well as knowledge of their operations and experience with their unique refrigeration requirements, allowed the Company to more effectively engineer this new state-of-the-art, temperature controlled food grade packaging plant.
